Come for a casual group ride, hike or pilates.
Ride is on trail and quiet roads.
Arrive at 930 to get your bike set up, grab a muffin, and sign a ride waiver.
10am butts in saddles for pictures and ride.
12pm return to shop for pizza.

Helmets and flat kits required. Front and rear lights highly recommended
The usual ride from Frontier Park to South Barrington with a possible stop at Panera. Distance will be around 34 miles.
