This is geared to those going up to Mt. Hoerb but even if you are not, this is a nice workout.
Not the easiest of rides but there is accomplishment at the top of each hill.

This route is a bit of a challenge.
I‘m not embarrassed admitting I walked one hill last time.
A ride to Lake Bluff to see if the miniature train is still there and running?
Will stop in Lake Bluff for either Lunch or food break.
The distance is around 40 miles.

Need 20-25 AHBC volunteers as Ride Marshalls guiding 200+ cyclists on ride sponsored by Village‘s Bicycle & Pedestrian Advisory Commission (BPAC).

Parking west of S Villa Ave, north of the trail, and south of Wildwood Ave

We will ride west and then head south to connect via streets to the Illinois Prairie Path, which then...
We will ride east on the Prairie Path and return to our starting point.
About 35 miles +/-
Those who want to ride fewer miles can return directly on the Great Western Trail rather than heading south to the Prairie Path.
Those who want a longer adventure can continue further east on the Prairie Path and return to S Villa Ave and north to their vehicles.

The Arlington Heights Bicycle Club participates in a very special ride
each year. The Ride started in 2003 when Chris Phelan suggested that friends
gather for a one-time ride to honor endurance cyclist Larry Schwartz who
was hit by the mirror of a passing bus and killed near Dallas.
Word spread quickly and 1,000 cyclists participated in year one.

47th Annual - the most picturesque spring ride in the Midwest!
The ride features a delightful route, starting at the Greater Rockton Centre on Main Street in Rockton, Illinois.
Plenty of parking, restrooms and food are included to ensure you enjoy the beauty of this spring ride in the country.
Four routes are available which will offer something for everyone.
For your safety, helmets are required for all riders.
Ride out and back to Bears practice field.
Lots of flats minimal hills.
Bring snack as stop will be tbd and optional.
Celebrate National Road Trip Day and the start of Memorial Day Weekend with a road ride to Mundelein.
From Frontier we will bike to Memorial Park in AH then to Memorial Park in Mundelein and back.
This ride will leave from Frontier Park.
It will be between 35-50 miles.
